Back in April, the amazing Emily took on the Derby Inflatable 5k, and she did it all for the animals here at Abbey Street.

Emily is a true animal lover who believes that animals are part of our families - they grow old with us, bring us joy every single day, and ask for very little in return. Wanting to do something meaningful to help animals in need find safe and happy lives, she signed up for the Derby Inflatable 5k and set herself a fundraising target of £50.

On the day, Emily went all-in on every inflatable obstacle the course could throw at her, and came out the other side with a massive smile, a very well deserved ice cream, and a fundraising total that left us completely speechless...

She raised a phenomenal £461 for our animals!

As an independent, self-funded charity, every penny raised by incredible people like Emily makes a real difference to the animals in our care. Her generosity will help us be there for the next animal who desperately needs our help.

We are so incredibly proud of Emily and so grateful that she chose to support our animals in such a brilliant way.

Thank you, Emily, you're an absolute superstar!
