Meet Donny

He's an 18-month-old Miniature Dachshund who came into our care when his previous owner sadly became too unwell to look after him. If you know Dachshunds, you'll already have a pretty good idea of what Donny is about!

Donny takes a little time to warm up to new people, which is completely in keeping with his breed. He can be a little quiet and unsure at first, but once he decides you're worthy of his trust, he's an affectionate, cuddly boy who loves a fuss.

He's also got a healthy amount of Dachshund sass! He knows what he wants, he's not shy about telling you, and he has very strong opinions about his food.

Donny has a hilarious habit of collecting his toys and carefully hiding them in his blanket for safekeeping. It's a very important job and he takes it very seriously!
